In South Korea, where BTS is from, military service is a requirement for all able-bodied men between the ages of 18 and 35. It's a big part of their culture and a way for young men to give back to their country. And, let's be real, it's not all bad - military service can be a great way to learn new skills, make new friends, and become a more confident and capable person!
But, we know what you're thinking... what about the music? Don't worry, BTS has got us covered! Even though some of the members are off serving their country, the group has been working hard to make sure we've still got plenty of new music to look forward to. And, who knows, maybe their experiences in the military will even inspire some new and exciting sounds!
So, how many BTS members have gone to military service so far? Well, as we mentioned earlier, Jin and J-Hope are already serving, and RM and Suga are expected to follow soon. But, even though it's a big change, we know that BTS will always be BTS, no matter what - and that's something to be excited about!
