So, Cain and Abel were both trying to impress God with their offerings, but things didn't quite go as planned. Cain got a little jealous when God preferred Abel's offering, and the next thing you know, Cain is killing his brother in a fit of rage - talk about a bad day! It's like the old saying goes, "pride comes before a fall" - and Cain definitely took a tumble.
Now, you might be wondering what happened to Abel after he kicked the bucket. Did he go to heaven, or did he end up in the other place? Well, according to the bible, Abel was a righteous man, and God was pleased with him. So, it's likely that Abel did indeed make it to the pearly gates - and he probably got a hero's welcome!
But here's the thing, the bible doesn't explicitly say what happened to Abel after he died. It's like the old saying goes, "the bible is a mystery, wrapped in a riddle, inside an enigma" - and we're just trying to figure it out! So, we have to use a little bit of faith and imagination to fill in the gaps.
