Where do babies come from? Well, in this show, they are delivered by TOTS, a society of various birds who work together to make sure that every mommy and daddy in the world gets their baby on time, a really cute concept that allows for many adventures to be lived, especially with this great cast of characters.
The two main characters we follow are Pip the Penguin and Freddy the Flamingo, who don't only deliver babies, but before the due date, they take care of the little kids at the daycare facility of this huge organization, where the children get the best treatment possible.

The evil counterpart of Pip is Imp, and Freddy's is Teddy, a zombie teddy bear, who works at an evil version of T.O.T.S, but they are not the main antagonists, but instead, Vicky is, an evil baby that curses the two protagonists and sends them in an alternate universe where they have to deliver evil baby monsters who are out for them.
