Press it to jump over the obstacles, but also to reach the puppy treats. With the puppy treats you get you will fill up the bar, and when it is filled, you will get a speed boost. You have to rescue the five penguins before you reach the bottom of the mountain. You can also get the badges, which will help you, like when Skye will come with her helicopter and get you over a big hole.
