Kristen Hayden Age is 24 years) is a professional American diver and national champion. She is the first black woman to win the U.S. national senior diving title in 2021. She paired with Quinn Henninger for a victory in mixed synchronized 3-meter at the USA Diving winter national championships.
In the Fina diving WorldCup 2022, in Berlin, Germany, her team won the gold medals in the mixed 3m & 10m team. Others team member was Zachary Copper, Tyler Down, and Katrina Young.
