Meta is playing their cards close to their chest. They might announce the Quest 3S at Meta Connect this fall. Or they might reveal a “Lite” version with zero eye tracking and a smile. Wouldn’t that be just like them?
For now? Keep your wallet open but your expectations low. Eye tracking is coming to VR. It’s inevitable. The Quest 3S might be the gateway drug. Or it might be the awkward third cousin who shows up late to the party. Either way, our virtual eyes are about to get a lot more interesting. And honestly?
