Using purified water for baby formula is absolutely fine, as long as you boil it when needed and don’t overthink it. It’s convenient, it’s safe, and it won’t turn your baby into a tiny superhero—or a villain. I promise.
But if you’re still unsure, just buy a pack of nursery water at the store. It’s basically purified water with a marketing upgrade, and it feels like a parenting win. Sleep deprivation makes little victories huge.
Now go make that bottle, pour yourself some coffee (made with tap, you rebel), and know that you’ve got this. Parenthood is 50% water choices and 50% hoping the baby sleeps through the night. You’re doing great.
