Whether you are a mom or a daughter, chances are Disney flicks have been a part of your life. Most of us even have DVD libraries of our favorites. Now we can add one more to the collection. Last week, one of the classics, Lady and the Tramp, was released on DVD and Blu-ray.
This one is worth the $39.99 investment. (By the way, we’re giving away two copies, scroll down for details!) The two-disc set works for both DVDs and Blu-ray players and includes never-before seen deleted scenes and songs, an inside peek at Walt Disney during planning meetings, a ‘making of’ featurette and many more.
Released in 1955, Lady and the Tramp went down in history as Disney’s first venture into widescreen format. These were risks that paid off. In the dog-themed romance, Lady is a pampered pooch who is emotionally ousted by her family when a newborn arrives. She runs away and meets the enchanting, but rough-edged, Tramp. In true romantic style, the opposites clash at first but with the help of a back alley spaghetti dinner, they fall in love.
Here’s a chance to win one of two copies of the Lady and the Tramp Diamond Edition DVD/Blu-ray. You can enter up to two times to win! You must leave your comments within 3 days of this articles posting date.

Tough question, I really love most Disney movies, but I’d have to say Cinderella is my favorite. Everyone could use a fairy godmother ;)
The Lion King is my favorite Disney movie. It has so much heart, and has stood the test of time!
My favorite has always been Dumbo just because it is the most entertaining to me.
I like Beauty and the Beast because the music is nice and it has some funny parts.
My favorite Disney movie was The Little Mermaid. Love the story and how it is in the sea:)
I like you on fb! Thank you!
Beauty and the Beast will always hold a special place in my family’s heart. While pregnant with my son, my last month of pregnancy was pretty awful, requiring me to lie down most of the time. Problem was that I had a 3 year old daughter to pre-occupy. The Beauty and the Beast VHS came to the rescue. Our daughter would lie on the floor in her Belle costume and watch this great movie something like 3 times a day. The music, the story, and the moral were great things for her (and, for that matter, me!).
Liked you on Facebook (under my husband’s account).
